I’m Bea Sandlin, a Real Estate Advisor with MAK Realty Group, focused on pre-construction and sellers across South Florida.
Before real estate, I spent 10 years in corporate marketing and communications, and made a full-time move into the work I love most: people, design, architecture, and watching neighborhoods grow.
Since moving to Miami in 2019, I’ve lived in most of the neighborhoods I work in today, so I know these neighborhoods as a resident, not just an agent. That perspective, paired with my marketing background, helps my sellers present their homes strategically and helps my buyers spot the right pre-construction opportunities early.
